Maxwell Colonna-Dashwood is a champion barista who has competed in the World Barista Championship and has won the UK Barista Championship three times. Excellent book
Pretty book, no the best info but the design is not that great like brew issue or similar.
This book is accurately described as a dictionary. It’s a good supplement to other books out there. I’m currently reading it alongside Uncommon Grounds and it helps with further explaining or clarifying terms, geographic regions, coffee bean types, etc. I would recommend this book as more of a reference than a detailed guide.
