I bought this for my high school going daughter, but I am a nerd and couldn't resist reading and guess what? This book got me interested in Chemistry. It is a wonderful book to learn basic concepts of Chemistry. As the title suggests, this is only an introduction book for those who either dislike chemistry or want to learn the basics. This book got me hooked to Chemistry and I am now learning about Organic chemistry from other books.
I purchased this book to refresh my chemistry— as I am 53 years of age. Reading books on ecology, pollution and climate change. Feel more confident reading general science books after making to effort to read A Simple intro to Chem.
