Great book. It saved our vacation -- we'd planned to 'just Google' activity ideas once we got to Maui and purchased this book at the last minute as a back-up option. A day into the trip, we'd reversed the plan and were scouring the book for expert tips, tricks, and ideas for how to maximize our time. The book is well organized and very well written. Little details helped us feel like we were getting an inside scoop that no amount of Googling could have possibly given us. Highly recommend.
It’s a nice enough book. However it was useless for me. I’m using a cane right now as I have two bad knees. The book’s only info on accessibility were postal addresses for relevant Hawaiian government dept.’s.I don’t consider that very useful or helpful. I wanted each thing that was talked about to have infornation on accessibility. This was returned.

My fiancé and I are going to Maui for our honeymoon after we get married in December 2017. The previous reviews on this book made me want to buy it for our upcoming honeymoon and I have to say, it is great!!! There are tons of tips and tricks, super detailed directions (at mile marker __, take a left etc) and even lists some average costs of things, and a glossary of commonly used lingo there. It has helped us find things google has not given us. What a great help planning things to do. I cannot wait!!
Very helpful travel guide.
I can not recommend this book highly enough! The author gives fantastic insight into the best sights and activities on Maui, Molokai and Lanai. One of my favourite features of this book is the "Best of Maui in 10 Days" which is a great guide on how to make the most of your trip. This book is an absolute must have for anyone going, or thinking of going, to Maui, Molokai or Lanai!
I bought this for my Sister and brother in law for their trip to Maui, they loved it
